Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch product, grow brand share/revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share; establish and expand market presence in the Rare Neurology therapeutic area.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (healthcare delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Use strategic account selling/management skills to create comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to educate all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts to support contracting pull-through with accounts.
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account via internal research and stakeholder information (business model, metrics, challenges, goals).

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology concentration).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong account management with analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.
