Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and meet product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and support brand/corporate objectives in the territory.
- Build strong working relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy groups, internal stakeholders, Reimbursement and Access, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, and Training/Trade.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (health care delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Use deep knowledge of customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Create territory/account/customer plans; emphasize the “total account call” to educate all account personnel on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish/generate/expand market share.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate team support (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) through internal research and stakeholder input.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred (launch experience preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in neurology-focused large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong account management; analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.
