Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography with clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share; develop territory/account/customer plans.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (health care delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Execute total account calls to ensure all account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop strategy and tactics within key Rare Neurology accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share; identify business opportunities and coordinate account-team efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of assigned accounts via internal research and stakeholder information.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s or advanced certifications a plus).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS preferred (launch experience preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology concentration).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with strong integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong account management, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
