Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key Rare Neurology customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the territory.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Use deep knowledge of applicable customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Perform strategic account selling/management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the โ€œtotal account call,โ€ educating all account personnel on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Gather and integrate account information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) through internal research.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (required); Masterโ€™s degree or advanced education/certifications (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS products (strongly preferred), including launch experience (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations focused on Neurology.
- Proven consistent sales success in complex markets with diverse customer segments, demonstrating integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.

Benefits (if included):
- Salary range: $158,950 - $220,000 (annual).
