Responsibilities:
- Engage rare neurology experts and key customers in assigned geography with clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share; create territory/account/customer plans.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; support brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training & Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to educate all relevant personnel on commercially available products.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through with accounts).
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree/advanced education/certifications (plus).
- 5+ years successful neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (neurology-focused).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with strong integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; strong account management, analytical/problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large neurology group practices and/or IDNs.
- Strong understanding of neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.

Compensation:
- Salary range (annually): $158,950–$220,000.
