Medical Account Specialist II - NEUROLOGY - MILWAUKEE, WI

Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography with clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the territory.
- Build strong relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, collaboration teammates, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, and Training/Trade.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Apply strategic account selling/management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans to achieve objectives.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to educate all personnel on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute strategy/tactics within key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., support contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Gather and integrate account information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) through internal research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS preferred; launch experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented with product launch track record.
- Strong account management with analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
