Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with collaboration stakeholders (e.g., Reimbursement and Access Specialists) to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Demonstrate the “total account call” to educate all personnel in the account on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute strategy/tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account (business model, relevant metrics, unique challenges, strategic goals) through internal research.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience (strongly preferred), including specialty/biologic/REMS; launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a Neurology focus.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.
