- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key Rare Neurology customers within an assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch product, grow brand share and revenue, and consistently deliver product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics and trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the assigned territory.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and internal collaborators (clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (health care delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Apply deep knowledge of applicable customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Use strategic account selling and management skills; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Execute the “total account call” by educating all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute key account strategies/tactics to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate effort across the account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Build account knowledge via internal research and stakeholder information gathering (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience and specialty/biologic/REMS products (strongly preferred); launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years experience with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology focus).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results orientation; proven product launch success.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning account management skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.
