Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) — Field Based (Little Rock (Metro), AR)

Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and meet product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Execute strategic account selling and management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Ensure a “total account call” where all relevant account personnel are educated on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute tactics within key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) through internal research and stakeholder input.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in neurology-focused large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care.
- Proven, consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, maintaining integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; strong account management with analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.
