Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the territory.
- Develop strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, internal teams (e.g., Reimbursement and Access, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Apply deep knowledge of applicable customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Use strategic account selling and management skills; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to educate all personnel in the account on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) via internal research and stakeholder input.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales experience with specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations focused on Neurology.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, with strong integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven track record of product launches.
- Strong account management skills with analytical/problem-solving/planning abilities.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.
