- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Apply strategic account selling/management; develop territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to educate all account personnel on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute strategies/tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Develop deep account knowledge via internal research and stakeholder input (business model, metrics, challenges, goals).
This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology focus).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; strong account management with analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.

Salary range (annually): $158,950 - $220,000
