Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch product, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade, and internal collaboration teams.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Use deep knowledge of applicable customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Demonstrate strategic account selling and management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” by educating all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute tactics within key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate team efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Gather and integrate account information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) through internal research.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications (plus).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products (strongly preferred); launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations focused on Neurology.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven success with product launches.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning/account management skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.
