- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key Rare Neurology customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with collaboration stakeholders (e.g., Reimbursement and Access Specialists) to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives in the territory.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal contacts (clinics, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of applicable customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Execute strategic account selling and management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to educate all account personnel on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate team efforts (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each account through internal research and proactive information gathering (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care (Neurology concentration).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and account management skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
