Medical Account Specialist II - NEUROLOGY - DENVER, CO

Responsibilities:
- Engage rare neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and consistently meet product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and align on brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, collaboration teams, and internal partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Create and implement comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Lead “total account call” activities to educate all account personnel on available products.
- Identify business opportunities; coordinate efforts including contracting pull-through.
- Gather and integrate account intelligence (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care (Neurology concentration).
- Proven track record in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; strong analytical/problem-solving/planning and account management skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.

- Field based; Denver (Metro), CO.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $158,950 - $220,000.
