Role Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, internal teams (e.g., Reimbursement and Access, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Apply strategic account selling and management: develop territory/account/customer plans to drive objectives.
- Support “total account call” by educating all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute key-account tactics in the Rare Neurology therapeutic area to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account via internal research and stakeholder input (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or advanced certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience (strongly preferred), including specialty/biologic/REMS; launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations focused on Neurology.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results orientation; proven product launch success.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
