Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) — Field Based (Baltimore Metro, MD)

Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams (Reimbursement and Access, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training/Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Execute strategic account selling and management; develop territory/account/customer plans to meet objectives.
- Ensure a “total account call” approach so account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and implement tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities; lead coordination with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep account knowledge via internal research and stakeholder information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or advanced certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience and specialty/biologic/REMS product experience (strongly preferred); launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex, diverse markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
