Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and other key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and consistently meet product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the territory.
- Build strong relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy support groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, and Training/Trade.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Use deep knowledge of applicable customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Apply strategic account selling and management skills; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Execute the “total account call” approach to educate all account personnel on commercially available products.
- Develop and implement strategy/tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep account knowledge via internal research and stakeholder input (business model, metrics, challenges, goals).

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology focus).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse segments; strong integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong account management with analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
