Role Overview:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies aligned with brand/corporate objectives.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (regional/local care delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Perform strategic account selling and management, including comprehensive territory/account/customer planning.
- Emphasize “total account call” to educate all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account via internal research and stakeholder information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology concentration).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
- Results-oriented; track record of success with product launches.
- Strong account management skills (analytical, problem-solving, planning).
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.

Preferred:
- Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
