Role: Hematology Oncology Account Specialist (Multiple Myeloma)

Responsibilities:
- Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology customers and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody; grow brand share and revenue and deliver product goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate team efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Develop a broad network within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify appropriate approved resources.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and consistently following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Track record of success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while operating with integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Results-oriented with experience in product launches.
- Strong account management skills; analytical, problem-solving, and planning ability.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree/advanced certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across different reporting structures.
- Passion and learning aptitude for science; proactive learning on disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel to cover large geography territories.
