Role Responsibilities:
- Engage Oncology experts and other key Oncology customers in the assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma (MM), growing brand share and revenue and delivering product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate efforts (e.g., support contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Develop breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved Regeneron resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and consistently following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience; Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and/or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
