Responsibilities:
- Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology customers; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies in assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate effort across the oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Understand account objectives, goals, challenges, and align approved resources to customer needs.
- Maintain dedication to compliance by understanding and following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus).
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience; Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; strong account management.
- Ability to travel to cover a large geography territory.
