- Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers within the assigned territory and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma (MM), growing brand share, revenue, and delivering product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Understand each account’s objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and consistently following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

- Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Successful, consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, with high integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Results-oriented with a track record of success with product launches.
- Strong account management plus analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
To be considered you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred/plus advanced education/certifications).
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers (group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions).
- Current account management calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures and travel to cover a large geography.
Location/Work setup: Field based; Raleigh, NC.
