A Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engaging Hematologists and key Oncology customers in academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts to support the launch of Multiple Myeloma products. Focus on clinically focused selling to grow revenue and deliver product goals, operating with integrity and in compliance with U.S. promotion policies.
A Typical Day May Include:
- Engage Hematology experts and key Oncology customers with clinically focused selling messages to support launch(s) and deliver brand/revenue goals.
- Coordinate with partners (Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies.
- Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities; coordinate contracting pull-through with accounts.
- Understand each account’s objectives/challenges and identify approved company resources.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance in customer interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/advanced certifications a plus).
- 5+ years Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices and academic hospitals.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or IDNs.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel to cover large geography territories.
