Responsibilities:
- Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers within the assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma (MM), growing brand share, revenue, and product goals.
- Partner with collaboration teams (Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Develop broad relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and align approved Regeneron resources to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and consistently following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while maintaining high integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Results-oriented with a track record of success with product launches.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s or advanced education/certifications a plus).
- Minimum 5 yearsโ€™ successful Oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
- Current experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures and act as a leader.
- Passion for science and proactive learning about disease state, treatments, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
