The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist is responsible for engaging Hematologists and key Oncology customers within a defined geography (Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Albuquerque, Amarillo) in support of the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product. The role delivers clinically focused selling messages to build revenue and meet product goals while operating compliantly.

Responsibilities:
- Engage Hematologists and key Oncology customers; deliver clinically focused selling messages to grow brand share, revenue, and product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop territory strategies.
- Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Understand each account’s objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved company resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance in all customer interactions.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced certifications a plus).
- 5+ years successful Oncology sales; Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- 3+ years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers (group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions).
- Account management calling on large Oncology group practices and/or IDNs.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills; strong analytical/problem-solving/planning.
- Track record of success in complex markets and product launches; ability to travel across a large territory.

Compensation:
- Salary range (annually): $158,950–$220,000.
