Hematology Oncology Account Specialist (Multiple Myeloma launch)

Responsibilities:
- Engage hematologists and other key oncology customers; deliver clinically focused selling messages to grow brand share, revenue, and product goals for a multiple myeloma bispecific antibody.
- Partner with collaboration teams (Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, territory Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists) to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and aligned specialists.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate oncology account team efforts (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Maintain broad relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and consistently following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications/Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in oncology sales (hematology oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices and academic hospitals.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of hematology oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
