Responsibilities:
- Engage oncology experts and key oncology customers in an assigned geography to deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting a bispecific agent launch for multiple myeloma.
- Present clinically focused selling messages to build brand share, revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, territory Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Develop broad account relationships to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and identify appropriate approved resources.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and following regulations/policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful oncology sales experience (hematology-oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers (group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions).
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of hematology-oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills; success in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
- Strong account management plus analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; results-oriented with track record in product launches.
- Ability to travel and cover a large geography.
- Collaborative ability to work across different reporting structures.
