Responsibilities:
- Engage Hematologists and other key oncology customers; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody to grow brand share, revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the assigned territory.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling activities to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate effort across the oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Build broad relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful oncology sales experience (Hematology-Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology-Oncology therapeutic area and the oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across different reporting structures.
- Passion for science with learning aptitude; proactive in strengthening knowledge of disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territory.
