Responsibilities:
- Engage oncology experts and key oncology customers in the assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma (MM) malignancies to grow brand share, revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate effort with the oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Build broad account relationships to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Maintain dedication to compliance by understanding applicable regulations/policies governing customer interactions and ensuring adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree (Masterโs or advanced education/certifications a plus).
- Minimum 5 years successful oncology sales experience; Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Leadership and ability to collaborate/coordinate across reporting structures.
- Ability to travel to cover large territory.
