- Engage Oncology experts and other key Oncology customers within the assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent to treat multiple myeloma, grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling activities to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Develop broad relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and identify approved Regeneron resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions and consistently ensuring compliance.

To be considered you will have
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree or advanced certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices and academic hospitals.
- Current account management calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures and travel/cover large geography territories.
