Medical Account Specialist II - HEMATOLOGY - KENTUCKY

The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist is responsible for engaging Hematologists and other key Oncology customers within an assigned geography (including academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product. Focus on presenting clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals in a compliant manner.
A Typical Day May Include:
- Engage Hematologists and key Oncology customers with clinically focused selling messages to support a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody; grow brand share and revenue.
- Partner with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with aligned accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Build breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify aligned approved resources.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and following regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

To be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced certifications a plus).
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across different reporting structures.
- Passion for science; proactive learning about disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
