Responsibilities:
- Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers in the assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent to treat malignancies in multiple myeloma (MM), grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Build breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved company resources aligned to customer needs.
- Ensure dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree; Masterโs degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the Oncology marketplace; advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments; results-oriented with product launch track record.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; ability to collaborate across reporting structures.
- Passion for science, learning aptitude, and proactive knowledge-building (disease state, treatments, healthcare trends).
- Ability to travel and cover a large territory.
