Role Responsibilities:
- Engage hematologists and other key oncology customers in assigned territory to deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.
- Build and grow brand share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists; understand account objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Execute market profiling to understand local/regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate contracting/pull-through support with the oncology account team.
- Ensure compliance by understanding and following regulations/policies governing customer interactions and promotion of pharmaceutical/biological products.

Qualifications / Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of successful oncology sales experience (hematology oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics (required).
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

Preferred Skills:
- Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments; strong integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Results orientation; track record with product launches.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; ability to collaborate across reporting structures.
