Responsibilities:
- Engage oncology specialists and key oncology customers in assigned territory (academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, community accounts) to support launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma.
- Deliver clinically focused selling messages to grow brand share, revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists; broaden relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Maintain compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions and promotional activities.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Success in complex oncology markets; results-oriented with track record in product launches.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s or advanced certifications a plus).
- 5+ years successful oncology sales (hematology/oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals.
- Current experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of hematology/oncology therapeutic area and oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
