Responsibilities:
- Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers in an assigned geography to deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma (MM), grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned with brand and corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Perform market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the broader Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Understand each account’s objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Track record of success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while operating with integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Results-oriented; experience succeeding with product launches.
- Strong account management skills with analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and/or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures; passion for science with strong learning aptitude.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
