Discover Your Role
- Engage oncology experts and other key oncology customers in the assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma, growing brand share, revenue, and product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Build breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and adhering to regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

To be considered you will have
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions.
- Current account management calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across different reporting structures.
- Passion for science; proactive learning about disease state, treatments, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
