Role: Hematology Oncology Account Specialist (Multiple Myeloma) covering Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Athens.

Responsibilities:
- Engage hematologists and other oncology customers; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody launch, grow brand share/revenue, and meet product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop territory strategies.
- Build strong relationships with aligned accounts and specialists; understand account objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities; coordinate with internal account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding and consistently following regulations/policies governing customer interactions and promotion of pharmaceutical/biological products in the US.

Qualifications / Skills:
- Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills.
- Successful, consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments; strong integrity and compliance mindset.
- Results-oriented with a track record of success with product launches.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

Required / Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions.
- Current experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
- Leadership/collaboration across different reporting structures.

Compensation:
- Salary range (annually): $158,950–$220,000.
