Responsibilities:
- Engage hematologists and other key oncology customers and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate contracting/pull-through efforts with the broader oncology account team.
- Build breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications / Required:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and/or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.

Preferred:
- Master’s degree and/or additional advanced education/certifications.
