Location: Pensacola, Mobile, Montgomery, Huntsville, Decatur (Field Based)
Responsibilities:
- Engage oncology experts and key oncology customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support launch of a bispecific agent to treat malignancies in multiple myeloma; grow brand share and revenue and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate with the oncology account team (e.g., support contracting/pull-through).
- Develop breadth within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree; Masterโs degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
