Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts (Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

What You’ll Do:
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by responding to alarms, interruptions, and line issues
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance with attention to detail and GMP documentation requirements
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain maintenance/repair/equipment logbooks
- Manage work orders in a CMMS and coordinate schedules with the planner
- Perform lockout/tagout on energized systems
- Work independently with general supervision on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule
- Support small projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools for maintenance and repair
- Ability to work overtime/off-hours as needed
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand up to 3 hours at a time
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with gowning required

Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated manufacturing
- cGMP experience
- Mechanical/electrical maintenance experience (including low-voltage and 120V systems)
- Ability to read manuals and use structured troubleshooting methods
- Experience supporting manufacturing line operations
- Completion of a 2-year trade school or technical program
