Role Summary

MBA Finance Summer Internship Program – dynamic experience across key finance functions within GSK. 12-week intensive internship offering live projects, training, and opportunities to learn from senior leaders. Potential for direct-entry opportunities within the team based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects essential to GSK’s commercial business, supply chain, and development areas, applying strategic thinking, financial knowledge, and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with teams to provide strategic insights and operational support to drive efficiency across business units.
• Engage in tailored training and connect with senior leaders across the business.
• Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and accountability to deliver value during the internship.

Qualifications

• Required: MBA qualified or on track to obtain by 2027, aligned to Finance or Economics.
• Required: Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Preferred: Genuine passion for advancing a career within the biopharma industry; strong communication skills; ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization; financial insight and problem-solving ability; leadership, initiative, and accountability; alignment with GSK values and collaboration.
