Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects essential to GSK’s commercial business, supply chain, and development areas using strategic thinking, financial knowledge, and collaboration.
• Benefit from tailored training and connect with senior leaders across the business.
• Partner with teams to provide strategic insights and operational support to drive efficiency across business units.
• Demonstrate strong performance to be considered for direct-entry opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Required: MBA qualified (or on track to obtain by 2027) aligned to Finance or Economics; written and spoken fluency in English; genuine passion for advancing a career in biopharma; strong communication skills; ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization; financial insight and problem-solving capability; alignment with GSK values.
