Role Summary

MBA Finance Summer Internship Program – a 12-week intensive opportunity for current MBA students to gain dynamic experience across diverse finance areas within GSK. Work on high-impact projects essential to GSK’s commercial, supply chain and development areas, and develop leadership, analytical, and collaborative skills in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects essential to GSK’s commercial business, supply chain and development areas, applying strategic thinking, financial knowledge, and analytical skills.
• Benefit from tailored support and training, with opportunities to connect with and learn from senior leaders across the business.
• Partner with teams to provide strategic insights and operational support, driving efficiency and effectiveness across business units.
• Demonstrate strong performance and collaboration during the internship, with potential consideration for direct-entry opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Required: MBA qualified (or on track to obtain by 2027), aligned to Finance or Economics; language fluency in English.
• Preferred: Genuine passion for advancing a career within the biopharma industry; strong communication skills; ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization; financial insight and problem-solving aptitude; leadership, innovation, and decisive thinking; resilience, accountability, and creativity; willingness to learn and grow; alignment with GSK values and collaboration.
