What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all outbound shipments of material samples, raw materials, drug substances, drug products, and cell banks by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ensure all required shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing slips) is accurate and complete while maintaining cGMP compliance and a safe working environment
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a GMP materials management or GMP logistics environment (Will consider Associate’s plus 3 years experience or Bachelor’s plus 2 years experience)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic Oracle Executive Business Suite knowledge
- Experienced with DOT/IATA hazardous shipments
