Material Handler, Warehouse
Key responsibilities:
- Verify quantities shipped or received to packing lists and purchase orders.
- Deliver and receive incoming packages to specified locations.
- Handle return shipments to suppliers.
- Load raw material or finished product on skid or hand truck.
- Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
- Retrieve Stock orders.
- Retrieve Material orders.
- Verify quantities of materials shipped to and from Plants.
- Perform physical inventories and labeling.
- Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping in proper containers or designated areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 0–2 years of experience (combination of experience and/or education considered).
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills; competent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs; ability to stoop, climb ladders or stairs, and stand or sit for extended periods of time (long periods of standing; intermittent stooping and bending).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $32,000–$57,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
