Main Responsibilities
- Acquire working knowledge of all Sanofi Vaccines products.
- Gain hands-on experience in commercialization of vaccines, including market processes and selling skills.
- Complete duties for rotational assignments (e.g., Field Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research).
- Acquire knowledge and skills to become a high performer within each rotation.
- Participate in development training sessions; may include special assignments/key experiences.
- Gain cross-functional insight into business operations and translate insights into effectiveness.
- Understand and assess data/programs to drive product performance.
About You (Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related field; expected graduation Spring 2027.
- Willingness to relocate for a 12–18-month Field Sales rotation.
- Must be willing to relocate to the office location.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing and/or sales.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior internships/co-ops.
- Demonstrated leadership; effective teamwork; excellent communication.
- Ability to manage multi-project workload; adapt to change.
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
- Complete required fleet safety training and maintain acceptable driving record.
