Marketing & Sales Associate 2027

Main Responsibilities
- Acquire working knowledge of all products in the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio.
- Gain hands-on experience in commercialization of vaccines; develop knowledge of market processes and selling skills.
- Complete rotational assignment duties (e.g., Field Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research).
- Become a high performer within each functional rotation.
- Participate in development training sessions, including special assignments/key experiences.
- Gain cross-functional insight into business operations and apply it to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Understand and assess data and programs to drive product performance.

About You (Qualifications/Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree (business, communication, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or related), expected graduation Spring 2027.
- Willingness to relocate for a 12–18-month Field Sales rotation.
- Must be willing to relocate to the office location.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (visa sponsorship not available).

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Strong interest in marketing and/or sales.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Internship/co-op experience; leadership experience (clubs/volunteerism).
- Teamwork, excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects; flexibility/adaptability.
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
- Complete fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.
