Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end MLR/RC review activities across patient, HCP, and non-personal promotional materials.
- Manage submission timelines, routing, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Digital, and agency teams to ensure high-quality submissions and resolution of review comments.
- Maintain promotional review documentation, content repositories, and governance processes.
- Support training and guidance on promotional review best practices and system/process expectations.
- Maintain approved claims libraries, message matrices, and content tagging frameworks.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, claims usage, and supporting references across promotional materials.
- Monitor content updates and coordinate implementation of approved changes across assets/channels.
- Conduct periodic audits to confirm only active, approved materials are in market use.
- Serve as central operational coordination across brand, patient marketing, HCP marketing, commercialization, digital, and field-facing teams.
- Support agency management (asset updates, review coordination, execution tracking).
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve content quality.
- Support integrated marketing planning and operational execution across the T1D portfolio.
- Assist with budget tracking, documentation, meeting coordination, and reporting.
- Develop and execute content operations plans (priorities, timelines, roles, governance).
- Proactively identify/resolve operational risks and escalate critical issues with recommendations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for review-cycle efficiency, content quality, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or related highly regulated commercial industry.
- Working knowledge of promotional review (MLR/RC) processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with content management/review systems.

Preferred:
- Experience with PromoMats (or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with promotional compliance and FDA-regulated marketing environments.
- Experience supporting both patient and HCP promotional initiatives.
- Analytical mindset focused on process improvement/operational excellence.
