Marketing Operations Director (Home office; requires minimum 3 days/week in office)

Responsibilities:
- Lead development, implementation, and management of marketing operations processes, systems, and best practices.
- Provide project management support for planning and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Support the MLR (Medical Legal Regulatory) review committee to ensure timely review/approval of promotional and educational materials in compliance with FDA, regulatory, and legal standards.
- Coordinate logistics for Advisory Boards, focus groups, and regional conferences (budgeting, vendor management, material delivery, and on-site support as needed).
- Post-FDA approval, lead planning and execution for national conferences to raise brand awareness.
- Build/oversee relationships with external fulfillment houses, including internal training, for distribution and inventory management.
- Lead marketing contracting (MSAs, SOWs, work orders) and invoicing.
- Define and ensure integration of marketing technology stack with Commercial Data Analytics (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Manage external vendors/agencies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance; develop/manage marketing budgets with monthly reconciliation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing operations/related marketing role within healthcare.
- Experience building systems/processes for product launches.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Detail-oriented; proven cross-functional leadership and execution.
- MLR committee experience, including building Veeva PromoMats; experience partnering with regulatory/legal for compliance.
- Experience with logistics for advisory boards/conferences and marketing materials fulfillment.
- Budget management and financial/resource efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or related degree.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and/or process optimization (Six Sigma/Lean).
- Oncology or healthcare marketing experience.
- Large-scale congress/conference event logistics experience.
