Position Summary
Marketing Manager, Tap Rooms leads marketing strategy and execution for Tilray Beverages’ tap rooms and brewpubs to drive guest traffic, dwell time, repeat visitation, and revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and own annual tap room marketing calendar and go-to-market plan.
- Drive foot traffic, dwell time, repeat visitation via localized campaigns, promotions, loyalty, and seasonal/tentpole programming (e.g., beer releases, live music, game-day/sports activations).
- Partner with Digital & Social on local content, paid media, email/CRM, and online reputation management.
- Create scalable programming frameworks/playbooks for consistent local execution.
- Own in-venue brand standards (menus, signage, merchandise, on-site creative).
- Lead marketing for new tap room openings (launch playbooks and grand openings).
- Manage local community/partnership marketing (vendors, sponsorships, charity nights, merchant/association partnerships).
- Coordinate national brand moments and product launches at the tap room level.
- Partner with Customer Marketing on tap-room-tailored merchandise, POS, and retail assets.
- Manage tap room marketing budget (planning, allocation, PO/invoicing, vendor management, ROI tracking).
- Analyze performance and deliver reporting/recaps/quarterly business reviews.

Skills and Abilities (Required/Preferred)
- Creative, experiential/event programming mindset.
- Data-informed decision-making using traffic, sales, digital engagement, and guest sentiment.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication; comfortable with vendors/community partners.
- Budget management experience (POs/invoicing/ROI reporting).
- Proficient MS Office; familiarity with social/digital, email/CRM, and POS/reservation systems a plus.
- Strong plus: craft beer industry and on-premise/hospitality marketing.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Hospitality or related (preferred).
- 5+ years marketing experience in field/local, experiential, hospitality/retail/on-premise.
- Strongly preferred: multi-site business marketing.
- Preferred: craft beer/CPG/alcohol beverage/hospitality industries.

Physical/Work Requirements
- Regular tap room/event presence; frequent local/regional travel; valid driver’s license.
- Evening/weekend/holiday work as needed.
- Walking/standing/bending/stooping and light-to-moderate lifting.
